BidBuildPay is building controlled extensions of the contractor workflow. Company data stays organized around the estimate, project, customer, and payment instead of disappearing into disconnected tools.
First connected workflow
The first provider is being tested for sending customer-facing estimates and deposit requests from the contractor's company Gmail connection.
Marketplace foundation
The Connected Apps marketplace is in development inside the BidBuildPay engine. It is being designed around company ownership, permission clarity, secure credentials, and accountable changes.
Connections belong to the company workspace. Owners and administrators decide which systems can connect.
Each connection is designed to show what it can access before it is approved.
The marketplace foundation includes encrypted credentials, connection status, reconnect and disconnect controls.
Authorization and disconnection activity is designed to remain visible in the company audit history.
Planned connections
Roadmap order follows the real work between the approved estimate, the company books, the schedule, the CRM, and the people responsible for each step.
Planned for customer, invoice, payment, and accounting handoff after the connection model is validated.
Planned after scheduling ownership and the rules for project events are clearly defined.
Planned for a controlled handoff between CRM leads, opportunities, customers, and the BidBuildPay estimate and project workflow.
Planned for contractors who want CRM contacts and opportunities connected to the estimate and project without re-entering the same customer details.
Planned as a secure, account-linked way to review project information, run subscribed estimators, and prepare drafts while BidBuildPay remains the system of record.
Developer platform
An organization-scoped API already powers BidBuildPay estimates, projects, purchasing, customer approvals, billing, Gmail delivery, and native trade tools. That API is currently internal only.
A public developer API is planned after authentication, permissions, versioning, documentation, rate limits, audit requirements, and support boundaries are ready. BidBuildPay does not currently offer public API keys, SDKs, or third-party developer access.
