The private-beta application asks for your name, work email, company, primary trade, team size, trade add-on interests, current software if you choose to provide it, the workflow problem you want to solve, and the page that referred you to the application. We also collect limited technical and usage information to understand site performance and which pages are useful.
How we use it
We use this information to evaluate private-beta fit, contact you about testing, understand contractor needs, and improve the BidBuildPay product and roadmap. Applying does not create an account or paid subscription.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help us operate BidBuildPay, deliver beta applications, and understand site performance. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Retention and your choices
We keep applications only as long as needed to manage the beta, maintain appropriate business records, and follow applicable requirements. You may ask us to correct or delete your application through the BidBuildPay contact form.
Security and updates
We use reasonable safeguards for submitted information. No online system can guarantee absolute security. If this notice changes materially, the updated date will change on this page.
